枪击案确实很可怕，谁摊上谁倒霉。如今枪支过于泛滥了，对持枪者背景的审查不严谨，造成很多悲剧。
至于是否应该彻底禁枪，这是个大问题，要好好斟酌得失利弊。也许今天的人们还没有足够的智慧做出正确的选择。

是啊。应该说这种争论真是新大陆的特色，为了要不要常备军竟然吵了一百多年。看来美国有点太安全了，光想着怎样防止独裁了，也不想想怎样抵抗侵略。傻人有傻福。

当法律不足以阻止暴政，人民有权持枪自卫。但是，我们还是祈祷，永远不要到持枪自卫的那一天吧。

宪法本身也是主要针对政府，就是把政府关进法治的笼子里。宪法靠什么捍卫？靠人民手中的枪杆子。

这个没有异议，持枪权特指人民而非政府。人民不需要一个穷兵黩武的政府，前提恰恰就是人民具有持枪权，那本身就是对侵略者巨大的威慑。
